• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Customized orders can take between 2-3 weeks depending on availability and labor. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is your product availability?

  Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as, your shipping confirmation.

• Information on Product Care

  All items should be handled with care. Please avoid direct contact with perfume, sprays or immersing in water.

  Earrings: Earring backings are securely attached but are still fragile so handle/store your earrings with care.

  Bracelets: Most adult sized bracelets are made 7 to 8 inches in circumference. If you desire a larger size, please specify size of bracelet needed when ordering.

  Children's sized bracelets are made 5 to 6.5 inches in circumference.

  *Please note that each item will include details on sizing. If your size is not available, please send a message to have your items customized and made to order). If you are ordering items (i.e. chokers, bracelets) and you know your measurements, please leave your information in the comments sections during comments.

  NOTE: Color patterns may vary slightly from items pictured. Closures may vary based upon availability (i.e. lobster claw or toggle)
